These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of bellodermco.uk and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products
We make every effort to display our products, including colours and packaging, as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to display settings or batch differences. All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not mean we have accepted it. A contract between us is only formed once we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment provider.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
6. Your right to cancel
As a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. 7. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
8. Product usage and allergies
Please check the full ingredients list (INCI) on each product page before use, and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation occurs.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to this, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Kassia Ltd and may not be used without our permission.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
